Description
We are looking for a candidate for the position of Intern / Junior Lawyer.
Your Responsibilities
- Cooperation with experienced lawyers on various projects and assignments, including M&A transactions, capital markets law, energy law, ongoing legal services, and compliance.
- Providing legal and operational support in the firm’s day-to-day client service.
- Supporting lawyers in their daily work.
Our Requirements
- Law students or candidates holding a law degree.
- Experience or interest in M&A, capital markets, energy law, or compliance.
- Very good command of English (at least C1 level), including legal terminology, enabling fluent communication and drafting of documents.
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness.
