Transaction Advisory Announcement
We are pleased to announce that Mateusz Bednarz, Founder of BEDNARZ LAW and Attorney-at-Law, acting within CD PROJEKT RED advised CD PROJEKT on the sale of 100% of GOG Sp. z o.o. to Michał Kiciński.
Mateusz successfully managed the project, coordinating with other legal advisors (A&O Shearman Poland), financial advisors (GoodGame Advisors Ltd), and providing comprehensive advice to CD PROJEKT. The scope of advisory services included transactional matters and compliance with regulatory stock exchange requirements.
