A licensed attorney with 15 years of experience, Witold is a capital markets lawyer, specializing in capital markets law and financial transactions. He advises on IPOs, SPOs, accelerated bookbuildings (ABBs), and bond issuances — from structuring through execution.
He also specializes in implementing European Union regulations and building and optimizing compliance systems for financial institutions and publicly listed companies.
